"The Magical Harp" was inspired by the picture "The Harp" from The Mysteries of Harris Burdick.
Chorus:
The boy and his dog were looking for the harp
That played by itself at the rocky river
By two trees that came into a gate
They wanted to play the magical harp
But it was too late
Verse 1:
There was a missing man
So the boy followed magical music
To the harp in the land
Of the rocky river
And saw the missing man
Chorus:
The boy and his dog were looking for the harp
That played by itself at the rocky river
By two trees that came into a gate
They wanted to play the magical harp
But it was too late
Verse 2:
The boy wanted to bring the harp home
So he jumped across the river
And tried to play the magic harp tone
But the harp cried out “No!”
And jumped into the foamy water to its home
Chorus:
The boy and his dog were looking for the harp
That played by itself at the rocky river
By two trees that came into a gate
They wanted to play the magical harp
But it was too late
